Courage to Connect® is the central method in Bolster’s method of working. Over the past 20 years, our method of working has been tested and applied at a high level in many large organisations.
The method increases the rate of processes of change in people, teams and organisations. The process ensures a culture change that remains rooted in the organisation. With that, we promise our clients spectacular, but realistic results, achieved by mutual actions from a joint strategy.
The program is easy to work with, works without forming a judgment, but provides an organisation with the nerve and power to see what truly needs to be done.

Professors of Harvard Business School, one of whom was Warren Bennis, were introduced to the Courage to Connect® method in 1999 and named it leadership model of the 21st century. Although the method has many layers and structures, it is described as uncomplicated and practically applicable.
